I often use my Galaxy Watch and I’m very satisfied with it. However, at some point, I suddenly felt the urge to change the watch strap. I guess I wanted a change of atmosphere! I thought if I changed the strap to a fresh one, it would make my Galaxy Watch look even cooler and maybe help lift my mood. So, I searched for it on AliExpress! As expected, there were many different smartwatch straps for sale.
Oh my gosh! There were so many types of straps… I couldn’t decide which one to buy… They all looked pretty similar… But the prices were very satisfying!! As I was contemplating which design to purchase, I happened to come across this video ad!!
It’s so charming!! So I decided to buy this one!! (The video shows an Apple Watch strap, but there were also Galaxy Watch straps available!)
There was no burden on the price, so I bought two, purple and beige! I haven’t opened the purple one yet because I plan to use it after I get tired of the beige, but I opened the beige first!
My wrist is on the thin side, so I bought the XSS size. The Starlight color was a beige close to oat, and I liked the actual color more.
Compared to the Apple Watch, the Galaxy Watch has a more cumbersome locking system, and sometimes when purchasing a cheap strap, the pin that connects does not come attached as shown in the picture above, and comes separately, causing it to fall out and get lost.
But despite the affordable price, the Galaxy Watch strap I bought this time had decent quality and finish on the band part. It was truly a product with outstanding cost performance!
At first, I was worried that it might be too small because it looked short when connected to the watch, but since it’s a nylon band, it has good elasticity and wearing it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. It’s a loop strap without a buckle, so it’s easy to wear, lightweight and seems great for exercising! It also matched well with the silver watch!
I was worried that the Galaxy Watch might not properly detect my heart rate if the strap is loose, and at first, it did feel a bit loose, so I was concerned about heart rate detection. When I tried using it, however, it actually had less movement and detected my pulse better than a leather band.
The nylon material does get wet, but it dries quickly and does not smell like leather, which makes it good for wearing while exercising. You can also wash it with soap if it gets dirty.
You can measure your wrist with a ruler and purchase a size that fits, but generally, women with average bone structures can go for the XSS size. If you measure your size and fall between two sizes, I recommend purchasing the smaller one.
Regardless, I am very satisfied with the product, as it is very affordable, and I plan to make an additional purchase in a different color. Oh! I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a sports strap or a comfortable watch strap!

Lastly, aside from the strap review, I would like to share my personal opinion. Whether it is a Galaxy Watch strap or an Apple Watch strap, purchasing straps domestically is usually 2 to 4 times more expensive than on AliExpress. Most of the strap products sold domestically are produced in China through an OEM method, so there isn’t a significant difference in quality. Nowadays, AliExpress provides more convenient payment and shipping methods, so purchasing such small items on their platform can also be considered a smart consumption choice.
