Today, I will be reviewing the Automatic Cat Feeder from ROJECO. Although it is called a Cat Feeder, it seems to be perfectly suitable for dogs as well. Now, let’s get started!!

Our cats are on a restricted diet. So I have to gather the cats twice a day with a bowl of food in hand for feeding, but it can be quite difficult when I have to leave the house for a long time.
On those days, I do increase the amount of food before leaving, but our impatient cats gobble it all up at once and don’t spare me the accusing stare as if I am a terrible caretaker who doesn’t even feed them.
Sometimes when I have to travel and leave the house for a long time, I have no choice but to give them more food at once… But when they eat too much too fast, they tend to vomit.
Feeling helpless and frustrated, I looked into automatic feeders but found it hard to decide with the variety of prices and features available.
Look at all those automatic cat feeders on AliExpress! They made me quite indecisive!!
So, I first started by listing the conditions that are necessary for me.
What I need:
- Able to store enough food for 4 cats to eat for 2-3 days (no need for more)
- Not a continuous flow of food, but a set amount dispensed
- Able to remotely dispense food when desired
- Good if there are separate feeding compartments for 4 cats
- Easy cleaning is a plus, as there will be periods when it is not in use
- Of course, the price should be affordable!! (everybody wants this, but… I can’t buy it if it’s too expensive considering I’ll use it only on special days rather than every day)
While searching for a product that met these conditions, I found a decent one on AliExpress!!
The price is about $65! Although it was a bit of a burden, I bravely decided to make the purchase!!

There are button (manual) and Wi-Fi versions, and each version has a single or double food compartment option.
Of course, I bought the Wi-Fi version with two bowls.
The product is clean and has a simple white design. Assembling it, as shown above, is not difficult.
There’s an explanation for the size of the food that can fit in the lid, and there’s a space inside the lid to put silica gel. Given that this is where the food is placed, it is quite a thoughtful detail. There is no completely airtight seal, but because of the clasping design, the food won’t spill even if it tips over.
Simply connect the included cable to the bottom of the feeder. I connected the cable according to the shape drawn on the bottom surface.
When I connected it to the high-speed charging slot of the multi-charger, the power didn’t seem to come on, so I connected it using the USB-C cable that was included in the components.
I connected the power and installed the app. You can easily install the app by scanning the QR code in the manual or on the product. It was easy to connect the product with the app following the explanations on the app.
In the feeding record section, you can adjust the time, date, and feed amount. By setting the feed amount and pressing the manual feed button, you can start feeding immediately!
By pressing the numbers for the total feed amount, the feeder dispenses food in increments of 1, 2, or 3 sections, depending on the number you press.
The food falls cleanly, and the pets gather around it. I really like it!
The instruction manual of ROJECO Automatic Cat Feeder is written in English.
Remove the battery cap and turn it in the direction of the unlocking arrow to remove the hopper inside! The base unit cannot be submerged in water and should be wiped with a cloth, while the hopper, food tray, and stainless steel bowl can be cleaned with water! With this level of cleanliness, I’m satisfied!
Now that I have an Automatic Cat Feeder, I can go outside without feeling guilty about my cats at home! I’m very satisfied!! 😊 Let’s live comfortably with the convenience of modern technology and convenient products!
